Basics – Program

Perfect for a first time yogi! You will learn the ins and outs of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Power Vinyasa style class is an energetic form of yoga where students flow one pose into the next, connecting breath to movements. It incorporates power, strength, flexibility and mindfulness for a complete all around class. Great for any experience level. This class is an awesome place to start or build your yoga practice. You will take a deep dive into what a yoga class looks and feels like.

Flow Yoga – Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa style class. Energetic form of yoga where students flow one pose into the next, connecting breath to movements. It incorporates power, strength, flexibility and mindfulness for a complete all around class. Great for any experience level. This class is an awesome place to start or build your yoga practice. (Heated to 80°)

Restorative Yoga / Gentle Yoga

This is a slow style of yoga, that will incorporate the use of props to enhance and deepen the experience. Restorative yoga helps balance the mind, body, and soul. Restorative yoga has proven to release tension, stress and anxiety and improve the immune and nervous systems. This class will incorporate 4-6 restful poses, in this slow yoga style that involves long passive holds. Come rest and restore as we balance the mind and body. All ages welcome. (Please bring your own props if you have them, limited props for use. Not heated)

Yoga + Stretch class

This class will incorporate gentle yoga, yin yoga, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques.

This class is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates deep holds and stretches. This is the key to what makes Yin different than other styles of yoga. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia. This is a great option to help unwind from new workouts or strenuous activity and help release any stress or tightness that has been hanging on for a long time.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates deep holds. This is the key to what makes Yin different than other styles of yoga. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia. This is a great option to help unwind from new workouts or strenuous activity and help release any stress or tightness that has been hanging on for a long time.

Candlelight Yin & Reiki

A relaxing and restorative class that combines the gentle practice of Yin Yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. You will be guided through a series of Yin Yoga postures, which are held for longer periods of time to help release tension. A Reiki practitioner will provide hands-on or hands-off Reiki healing, involving the use of gentle touch to promote balance and harmony. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. The candlelight and soothing music create a calming atmosphere, allowing you to let go of any tension and fully relax
